Liz has been following Jesus Christ since 2024 but took a year away to get solid in her faith.
We are going to embrace the truth of God on this channel from now on. Love and Light are both aspects of God. Humanity is still yearning for the truth and yearning for love. Jesus Christ provides the way to living as you were originally intended before the fall of man noted in the Book of Genesis with the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Embrace His love and follow the light of His path.

L-n-L stands for Love and Light. Humanity is waking up and we are yearning for improved self-awareness and self-love. Love and light are universal energies. We can harness these energies within ourselves and incorporate them in our daily lives as a means to expand our consciousness and overall well-being. Choose to awaken to your love and light and remember that you are more than this shell we call a human body; you are more than your job and more than even your name. Embrace love, embrace light, and awaken to your true spirit as you share your love and light with others. When we all come from love, humanity will be truly enlightened.

Meet Liz and Lee
L -n- L Awakening was a fun little play on words that Elizabeth Crooks and Lee Bonde came up with one day when they were sitting down and brainstorming how they wanted to share their journeys of self discovery with others. Since L-n-L stands for both Love and Light, a common term used to describe awakening and ascension, and Lee and Liz, it seemed fitting to use it for our work.

About Liz
Elizabeth Crooks is a writer and artist who emphasizes mindfulness and living from the heart. When she is not sharing her knowledge through art, she spends her time reading, traveling, walking in nature and doodling in love. She is a published author on several coloring books for both adults and children that focus on positive affirmations with Zentangle-inspired designs. She believes art is important to health and overall well-being.

My Story:
I spent 30 years of my life as an atheist, 15 years of that in the New Age Spirituality movement, before giving my life to Jesus Christ in July of 2024. My new focus is growing closer to God and sharing the joy of the Lord with the world. God saved me from a long-term abusive relationship with a narcissist, addiction, New Age witchcraft, and an overall apathetic attitude towards life, to name a few things.
No matter what you've done and who you think you are, God is the great Redeemer and welcomes all of His children home. I want to share God's transformative Love with the world, as it has helped me find purpose in my own life.
As for my Art Journey:
I love art in all its forms. I love writing and doodling. I believe that coloring is a beneficially meditative process and an outlet for creative expression at any age. Coloring and drawing have helped me find my passion in life again by slowing down and getting creative with colors and innovative designs. I create coloring books because that is what has helped me find happiness in my life, and I desire everyone in the world to feel as good as I do. Coloring is simple. Sharing is simple. Life doesn't have to be hard or messy.
Find your passion, find your truth, and live it. Live for you as you love what you do.

About Lee
*Lee is no longer with us. He passed away August 24, 2025 after a long battle with cancer. Thank you for all of your love
Hi, I’m Lee and throughout my journey I have struggled with many concepts that might be familiar to you. I came from a very logical family where I learned that things needed to be proven before they could be believed and yet I had many experiences where the only real “proof” was my own inner feeling. This first began with my identity, the idea that I am only my body or what I saw in the mirror. At the age of 5, however, I had a revelation that I was male and not female. For years I struggled to overcome this, not knowing what it meant exactly nor how this could be. These ideas had a myriad of effects including how I treated my own body, depression, suicidal attempts, drugs and issues regarding sexual identity and expression. I also experienced seeing my grandmother’s ghost and while it had a very profound effect on me at the time I pushed it aside and only called on the memory when I was in need of comfort or in a conversation with people with similar stories. The idea of how it could be nagged at me and yet I knew it had happened. Both of these incidents are what I consider to be part of my awakening and have put me on the path of transcendence and I wish to share with you my journey in hopes that it will assist you on yours.
"My life has been an interesting one. Never did I ever imagine that it would lead me to this. I was never comfortable identifying myself as spiritual as it conflicted with much of my upbringing but I did study a vast many different religions and spiritual practices throughout my youth and into adulthood. I was always fascinated with things that were unable to be explained and at the same time I had much skepticism for it all until one day I was faced with viewing something I never would have before believed. I didn’t know what to do with the information however and so I through myself into everyday mundane things. Every once and a while I would get the urge to revisit those unexplained memories until one day it just stuck. As I’ve progressed on my own journey of awakening I’ve been encouraged by others to share my stories, to be the WayShower I came here to be and to embrace being a Draconic Shaman, Light Linguist, LightWorker, Energy Worker and Reiki Master who is also proficient in Animal Reiki and to offer my experiences in a Mentor/Coach capacity for others. While my story may seem “different” to some individuals, others will see what I see, the uniqueness of yet just another story brought here to show others how to love themselves for their true self, their soul and not just the body they choose to experience humanness through." ~Namaste~ Lee
