To justify is to prove or show that something is just, right, reasonable, valid, and worthy of salvation on many different levels. Humans learn to justify their thoughts, beliefs, and actions when we are children usually or otherwise over time in social conditions. We are asked infinite questions on “why” something happened or “why” we chose to do what we did, and ultimately humans just want to experiment in life, that is the game. If we don’t feel safe being ourself at any point we suppress our true self in having to justify who we are to so many other people.
