Balance Exotelic and Autotelic Aspects of Self
Exotelic and Autotelic are two personalities described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in his book called “Flow.” Autotelic is composed of two Greek roots, auto (self) and telos (goal), while ‘exo’ means ‘outside.’ An autotelic activity is one that we do for its own sake. So, I may play a video game simply for the joy it brings me, while if I played one to make money or achieve fame, the same game would be exotelic. Autotelic people get fulfillment from immersing themselves in the experience of moving towards a goal, as the process itself is more of the reward, while exotelic people get their satisfaction from reaching that goal at any cost.
This light language transmission is intended to boost the autotelic aspects of self to match and maintain a balance with the exotelic aspects of self in order to fill every moment you experience with joy. The goal is to balance these two polarities within our own personalities and to use them consciously in order to achieve the flow state. Transmute Depression Energy
Depression is a multi-dimensional and sensitive topic, I know. Many have theories on depression and many factors can contribute to it (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.). I am creating a longer video explaining depression from a metaphysical standpoint, as well as experiences in my own journey riding this depressive energy off and on for years, but this short description will do for now so that all can benefit from the channeling.

In combination with having anger at people, places and things that we have no control over, holding onto ‘hope-less’ ideas and feelings can create that deep-sinking lake of apathy that can feel hard to swim out of that leads to long periods of depression. Anger is a natural human emotion and we can hold onto many kinds of anger, but depression relates to the kind where we feel we ‘can’t’ be angry about (examples: parents, society, laws of nature, etc.). Remind yourself that you can be angry about how the world works, about how life works, and about all of the experiences that brought you to this moment.
While we create our lives, we are indeed bound by ‘rules’ that we may not agree with. Depression is that voice within us that strives for better but is stuck within the bounds of being human. Depression energy comes to remind us of the power we do have in our lives, even if it appears like we can’t make instantaneous, physical changes with that power (yet). Finding your power again is a journey, and one made more difficult if you suffer from continuous depression. The ‘Dark Night of the Soul’ can be described as a long, depressive episode along the Ascension journey as we learn what ‘Power’ means to us, discover what our true power is, and then learn to use it consciously.

Transmute Eating Disorders
This light language transmission is intended to heal and transmute eating disorders energetically. Issues with eating food and personal image usually revolve around self-hatred and denying the self in some way, and stems from social fears such as judgment and rejection. Anorexia, metaphysically, is a denial of self in combination with not trusting life to protect one’s self, which often results in controlling eating patterns through starvation. Bulimia involves extreme hopelessness and fear which results in a frantic stuffing and purging cycle that ends up fueling more self-hatred. Transmute Exhaustion and Burnout
This light language transmission is intended to transmute and relieve the effects of exhaustion and burnout from any and all sources. Pure exhaustion can manifest in many forms, be it physical through the body, mental through brain fog, emotional through…well, a sea of emotions, and spiritual through faith and personal crisis meant to expand us into the Light more and more. Many on the path through ascension feel a sense of “done-ness” where everything just feels off and unbalanced as we are weighted down through thoughts, feelings and actions of various experiences in our lives we would rather not be dealing with.

Transmute Lyme Disease
This light language transmission is intended to transmute Lyme disease and its symptoms. The disease is caused by a bacterial infection that can cause pain and discomfort if different areas of the body.
