Opening Your Higher Heart
​
I breathe in, I breathe out.
I activate my higher heart to open, without a doubt
Midway between my throat and my heart
The thymus rest, wanting to start
For when my higher heart is open wide
I am ready, eyes open, to soar, to fly
Connected to Source and the unified field
The Universe surrenders, ready to yield
For I am the master of my destiny
I tell the cosmos: I am on the path of light, successfully
The power within to change all I know
I shape my life in love like clay, like dough
I sense a ball of light forming, expanding outward
My upper chest tingling with joy as I know I am moving forward
I’ve awakened my inner healer with this light
My higher heart open, wings spread, a-flight
I am the master of my destiny, all my chakras aligned
The different aspects of myself now unified, combined
For when all of me is One
My journey has just begun
And with my higher heart open
I am whole again, unbroken
As my light spreads further out around me
I sense a growing desire to love, to be free
When my heart is open I feel connected
I listen to the Universe and do as I am directed
This glowing ball of light in my chest continues to grow
No need to fear or grow restless as it gets ready to blow
For light only heals and expands our perception
Now is the time for answers, a time for introspection
To the questions that are asked when my heart is open wide
The answers will rise, to be dealt with, nowhere to hide
With a higher heart bursting with light
The darkness must rise, so ready your might
I keep my heart open and full at the ready
I allow it to guide my path and keep me steady
I breathe in, I breathe out
My higher heart is open, no doubt about
