REPOSTED FROM THE TRANS-SCEND BLOG 2014 Essentially our world as we know it is evolving and it’s about time! A species should not take this long to make improvements on itself but we have and it took this long for a reason: because we wanted it too! Now you might say, what do you mean we haven't made improvements on ourselves, just look around you. Yes, we have improved upon our condition with our advancing technology but we have not evolved. Evolution is essentially change over generations, but aside from the technology around us we are basically still the same barbaric creatures that our history talks about. We don't see through rose tinted glasses we see through a veil of black and white, good and bad and we handle it all with fight or flight and we are kept on track by chasing one thing, gold. We have kept ourselves in a single state of mind but it hasn't always been this way, in fact there is evidence that some of our ancient ancestors lived lives that were wholly different than ours today and I'm not talking about technology here.
Now, don't get me wrong we asked for this, we designed it and it is we who kept ourselves in this position. What am I talking about? Essentially about 12k years ago we decided to play a game. A game that involved keeping future generations in duality to make it more difficult to progress but with a greater reward. The problem is we ended up getting so caught up in the game that we rarely saw much advancement because the environment was much denser than we thought. Now we knew it was going to be that way but it's like a challenge to us and the reward is out of this world, so we keep going out there and facing that challenge without even thinking we could possibly try something else that would be less of a challenge but still rewarding, no we want this challenge! The above paragraph really makes me laugh, it's so true that we feel that way, even here on earth. Wait, what did I say, here on earth? Yep, you see the challenge is to come to earth in the first place. This is the joke about the above. When I read that I think, nah I'm not kind of person, I don't want this huge challenge, I don't think I'm capable/worthy/good enough/valuable enough/fill-in-your-own-words-here to step up to something like that. But, that is just the thing, I am and so are you and all of us. We are not the people we are taught to think we are. We have bodies, yes, human ones in this instance, but we are not our bodies. In fact our bodies are units within themselves, science will even tell us this to an extent. Our bodies are self-sufficient for the most part, they have systems that take care of themselves and even have a consciousness of their own. We just work with our bodies, but wait how about our minds? There are two things that swim around in your head, one is your ego and the other is your mind. I know, I'm getting a little crazy here, but think of it in terms of what we have been taught. There is the mind and there is the part of the mind that controls fight or flight, a lot like Freud's idea of the Id. In fact, like Freud's idea of id, ego and superego or Christianity’s Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost, we do have three parts to ourselves. We have the ego, the mind and the soul/spirit/higher self. Yes, you will find things that have been passed on through our generations that are truths, they are just usually well hidden, like a treasure hunt. Our soul/spirit/higher self is essentially the idea of the holy ghost (I was not raised in organized religion so I don't want to step on any one's toes, you will find a lot of things passed down, especially the Sermon on the Mount was true, it has just been misconstrued by those who say they are passing down "the word" but really twist it with their own egos and ideas that have been passed down to them). The Holy Ghost in this case is referring to each of our individual souls as a whole. Whole what? A whole of essentially God. Now, as I said I was not raised in a household where we believed in god. In fact, while I had a bit of influence from my grandmother being a Christian Scientist, I did not understand the notion of god until much later. I actually went through a phase where I "hated" god, because I was lead to believe (I was young it was an interpretation on my part) that god had killed my grandmother and so I wasn't too keen on anything that had to do with "him" On top of that I finished high school in '89 and thought I was gay and had to deal with all the "god hates fags" people. So my idea of god and his people was extremely negative in my early 20's. So it took me a long time to realize what god really is. It is us, we are it. Essentially we are all energy, but we are conscious energy. As people we have decided that there isn't anything other than a human that thinks, knows who it is, is aware of the world like we are. Well, your soul is but your soul has a one up on you as a human, it is pure love. We are pure creator beings that are energetically unconditional love, that is what god is and we are all a part of god. God is not a him/her it is a balance of divine masculine and feminine energy, as are we. God is perfect as are we, but we are not the human idea of perfect we are perfect because there is no right or wrong there is only us. this gets a little weird and I will have to leave a lot of the explanation of God to others, for my project here there are only a few things I want to jot down because these are what have helped me the most on this journey and I believe will help you as well. to know truth, all you have to do is put your hand on your heart and read each of these, when you read it does it feel good in your chest, don't let your head tell you anything, they head is usually wrong (there are two voices in there at least, in the beginning the loudest one is usually the ego and it is wrong and we will get into why later). At first the feeling may be faint, it was for me and that is okay, you've likely had years of telling yourself the opposite and we start to believe it after a while. You may feel it lower, like in your stomach, this is okay too, it is basically the center of the "gut feeling" and it will tell you truth as well. I think of it like falling in love, butterflies are good! So here goes: You are love and loved You are perfect There are no mistakes You are not your body You are awakening The last one is essentially why we are here, why I am writing this and why you are reading it. The game I was talking about earlier is that we, god, wants to experience its creation. We didn't just create Earth, we created all the planets, cosmos, species that dwell on them (yes, they are out there and we are them!) and so on and so forth. then god split into parts leaving some of itself whole and the rest broken up, then those broke up and so did those till god had an umpteen number of little selves and those are us! Well the real us anyway. Then each us decided on what we wanted to experience and we change our minds all the time, we might go to one planet for one life and another for another and so and so forth. The game of earth is an interesting one and it has a lot of players. The reason I said don't get caught up in the whys and how’s is that any race/species of being is us. We choose all of this, each lifetime we choose who and what we want to be and what we want to learn. We as a group, a long long time ago, decided we wanted earth to be harder than the rest of the planets, here is that challenge! We wanted a place where we were we could come and play and not remember who we are, because that is our challenge here, to awaken to who and what you really are. So through a lot of rules and setup for the game we put into place some amazing things that essentially make it almost impossible to "win." You get an idea of how hard it is when you think of Buddha and the Buddhist monks that try to replicate his enlightenment. Awakening is essentially enlightenment and beyond. It used to be that it took years of dedication to accomplish. Then we had a rash of what I call instant enlightenment people, like Eckhart Tolle or Wayne Dyer and the likes. Now we have people that awakening and take a few years to fully blossom into enlightenment and share their story for others like Lisa Transcendence Brown. All of these people are essential for us to understand what we are trying to accomplish and these were their paths, ours are a bit different but the end is the same. Our world is changing, the Earth herself is changing. We are not evolving our bodies (though what we thought about our bodies before will change) we are evolving our consciousness. It is time to move from the strict game to a new and different game. One where we know our connection to the whole, where we can feel the bliss of unconditional love and this is how we will live out our next phase of life. This is essentially what the Mayan calendar was all about, it was not the "end of the world" it was an end of era, an era where we kept ourselves in the dark and now we are moving into an era of light!
