One day I ran wild and free Until I spotted a huge leafy tree Like a kid my inside longed to be So i began to scale that huge leafy tree It shook and shuttered and then knocked me free
For Sacred is what it urged me to see I sat on my rump and gazed up at the huge leafy tree Until its branches, roots, leaves and bark crawled inside me I felt what it was like to be that huge leafy tree Then I stood and asked it to do the same for me For the kid deep, deep within me Longed once again to ascend and be free And now my friend understood that to me It was already Sacred and free And I so much longed for it to be Once again inside my heart that is me So that my Soul made of love could be free And move itself back inside me For the soul sees no difference between the me and the huge leafy tree So to that tree we do say, I am again me We are we, me and that huge leafy tree We are we, all that is around me We are we, and all those around become “me” And my Soul whispers "I love thee"
