REPOSTED FROM THE TRANS-SCEND BLOG 2015 I’ve seen a bunch of things come across social media stating that one type of person is better than another. Where one should get housing, the other not. One should get food the other not. One money and so on and so forth. Responses came in the same form, so and so shouldn’t be treated that way because they served their county. We see it day in and day out where one group of people believes they have the right(s) to do/have/get something over another. It doesn’t matter if it is a matter of race, religion, creed, orientation, gender, social status, financial status, etc. there is nothing in this world that makes one person better or more deserving than another.

REPOSTED FROM THE TRANS-SCEND BLOG 2015 I don't know if this is my official first memory or if it is just so strong and had such an impact on the rest of my life that it was elevated to that status. I remember it like it was yesterday and even still remember the elation of the epiphany, the sadness that overwhelmed me right before it was extremely intense and has carried with me. those feelings that come with the memory are the ones that now I know need to dissolve before I can let go of the effect of this memory because it isn't the memory that moves us from the NOW to the past but being stuck in the emotions of the memory that do so.This is how we know we are no longer in the now, it's when the feelings of the past coming rushing back with the memory. In other words if I can reach a point where I remember this in order to retell it to use it to help others with their journey but the emotions or emotional attachments I have to that memory are no longer there then I am using it NOW. REPOSTED FROM CRT 2013
I am currently reading Lisa Transcendence Brown's book "Navigating Dimensions" and came across three parts that influenced me to restart this site. The first talked about teaching others in order to learn about yourself. While I don't profess to know everything and I certainly have a lot left to do I thought that perhaps I could write about what I have done or am currently doing on my path that might help others on theirs. I wish to encourage everyone to do so by adding comments and questions here or starting your own blog. The more we help one another the more we help ourselves and vice versa. REPOSTED FROM CRT 2013 Time is a trip killer. Well okay, it didn't exactly kill the trip but it did kill any kind of good time we may have had. Not that the time element was the only issue. Life-sucking vampire bugs (aka mosquitoes) were also an issue, but time, that one sideswiped us. It started with our trip to drop off a great dog to his new home. While we wouldn't change any of that it did sort of have us primed for doing things quickly. REPOSTED FROM CRT 2013 We spend a lot of time and money collecting things. I’m not talking about actual collections here, I’m just talking about stuff. We've been told we have to have the right furniture, the right china, the right artwork, and the right linens. Then of course there are the dvds, cds, video games, game systems, surround sound, the size of your TV (which is of course indicative of your prowess in the bedroom). Oh and don't forget the right car, perhaps even a boat, RV and motorcycle. |
